Located in the South Shropshire Hills, in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Ragdon Manor enjoys a rural environment two miles from Church Stretton.  The house and grounds nestle below the Ragleth Hill from the top of which  panoramic views of the Long Mynd with the distant Snowdonia Mountains on the horizon will be seen.


We are conveniently located for walking and exploring this varied and historic county.  For a complete getaway and glimpse of the beauty of Shropshire, a better base would be hard to find.   Starting with a fine breakfast, as well as a relaxing atmosphere, we will strive to make your stay an enjoyable one.



Our accommodation comprises one double ensuite room + one twin-bedded room with private bathroom.   Complimentary refreshments are provided.   We offer traditional hearty breakfasts using free-range & organic produce locally sourced wherever possible, as well as home made preserves.   Vegetarian & Vegan breakfasts are also available.    We are also able to accommodate riders & their horses.   Equine accommodation consists well-fenced two acre orchard with field shelter, situated alongside the garden.   Guests with well-mannered dogs are also welcome!


Enjoy comfortable guests lounge and dining room with open fires in the winter, as well as satellite TV.    We are within easy driving distance of local pubs & restaurants serving lunch and dinner.
